# SDR AI Pitch Kit

## Use the pitch as a guide, but always tailor the conversation to the prospect’s context and challenges rather than presenting the features generically. The pattern for each call: ask first, name the pain, then show how One handles it using the company’s own context.

### **The call in four moves**

1. **Ask**
Start with their headache, not our features.
2. **Name the pain**
Repeat it in their own words.
3. **Show One**
Connect it to what One does with their company’s context.
4. **Book the demo**
Say the demo focus out loud and send the invite on the call.

### **What is inside**

- Openers
- 30-second pitch
- Pain to One
- By persona
- Discovery questions
- AI objections
- Booking the demo
- Say this, not this

**1.1 Openers**

Under 20 seconds: lead with their headache, not our features.

**OUTBOUND OR SHORT CALL**

“Most HR teams I speak to are already trying AI tools, but those tools don’t know the company’s policies or data, so someone still has to check everything by hand. Is that something your team deals with too?”

**INBOUND OR DEMO REQUEST**

“Before I tell you anything about us: what’s the biggest admin headache your team is dealing with right now, and how are you using AI today, if at all?”

**1.2 30-second pitch**

Problem, One, benefit.

**THE FORMULA**

“You mentioned \[problem\]. Factorial is the AI for business, so every employee gets One, a personal AI agent that already knows your people, policies and data. It handles \[task\] and your team only reviews, which means \[benefit\]. It asks permission before it acts, and everything is logged.”

**FILLED IN**

“You mentioned your team spends hours consolidating reports by hand. With Factorial One you ask in plain language, One pulls your live data across products, spots the trend and writes the report in seconds, and your team only reviews it.”

**1.3 Pain to One**

How to reframe what you hear.

| **If the prospect says** | **Reframe with One** |
| --- | --- |
| *“We spend hours preparing reports”* | Move from producing reports to deciding faster: One pulls live data across products, spots the trend and the risk, and writes the report. Routines can send it on a schedule. |
| *“HR answers the same employee questions all day”* | Employees ask One about policies, balances and rules. Each person only sees what they are allowed to, and if One does not know, it says so. |
| *“Expenses are a pile of receipts”* | Submit in bulk and auto-approve or reject by policy and workflow. Ask One for a spend report by category in real time. |
| *“Hiring and screening take too long”* | One drafts job descriptions in seconds, spots top candidates and calls them for the first screening. You make the decision. |
| *“Requests and tickets land on the wrong desk”* | Employees open a ticket by telling One what they need. It routes to the right team and drafts the first reply. |
| *“Our information is spread across tools”* | HR, Finance and IT become one source of truth, so One knows how the company runs, not just what data it holds. |

**1.4 By persona**

Same story, different opening line.

| **Persona** | **Say this** |
| --- | --- |
| **CEO / Founder** | “One platform runs your whole company. Your teams and One work from the same HR, finance and IT data, so nobody is stuck waiting on someone else’s report.” |
| **CFO / Finance** | “Your people and finance data stay in sync automatically, and One flags anomalies before payroll, not after.” |
| **CHRO / People** | “One covers the admin so your team can focus on people: ask it questions, co-create policies, or let it handle approvals and reminders.” |
| **COO / IT** | “It’s built for European compliance, and because it is connected to HR, onboarding and offboarding tech is set up automatically instead of sitting in a spreadsheet.” |

**1.5 Discovery questions**

With an AI angle: ask before you pitch.

- “What’s the biggest admin headache your team is dealing with right now?”
- “How are you using AI today, and does it know your company’s policies and data?”
- “Which AI tools are you paying for today, and for how many people?”
- “When an employee has a question about a policy or a balance, who answers it and how long does it take?”

**FOLLOW UP ON ANY SHORT ANSWER**

“Why is that happening, and how does it affect your team day to day?”

**1.6 AI objections**

Acknowledge, clarify, then respond.

| **Objection** | **Response** |
| --- | --- |
| **“How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?”** | “Fair question, a lot of teams already use one. The difference is context: those start blank in every conversation, so you paste context in and it forgets. One is connected to your live Factorial data from the first message, follows your permissions, and doesn’t only answer: it drafts, routes and completes tasks, asking before it changes data.” |
| **“Is it just HR software with an AI label?”** | “No. AI is not a separate layer, it lives inside each module: recruiting calls candidates, expenses approves by policy, shifts fills its own gaps, and One is your single point of contact.” |
| **“Is our data used to train your AI?”** | “No. Your data serves your company and nobody else, and is never used to train models for other customers. It is EU-hosted and encrypted, and each person only sees what their Factorial permissions already allow.” |
| **“Will agents replace people?”** | “No. Agents take the busywork, the calls, the filters and the schedules, and people make the decisions. Agentic features need admin permission, and every action is logged.” |
| **“What does the AI cost?”** | “Every bundle includes One with a free level of use. More capacity is a visible plan with a cap, so there is no invisible AI spend. Bundles start from 5 euros a seat.” |
| **“Is Factorial a CRM?”** | “CRM is coming to the platform, with the same One and the same context, so nothing to migrate.” **Do not give a date.** |
