SDR Market-Specific Guidance
Features for each market
Quality standards and qualification criteria are consistent across all five markets. What varies is ICP sizing and some practical context on how SDRs operate in each market.
For example, where language or cultural nuance affects how you open a call or handle an objection, use your judgment and speak to your team lead. The core process does not change by market — only the delivery.
Markets & Context for SDRs
Spain
TBD
Portugal
In Portugal, deals shouldn't sit for more than 21 days in the Research & Outreach, Connect – Not Engaged, or Engaged stages. Before marking a deal "Lost – No Answer," make sure you've logged at least 12 activities (email, call, WhatsApp, or notes).
Italy
CRM Field Filling:
In Italy, if you are using WhatsApp as a contact channel, the following fields do not update automatically and must be logged manually after every WhatsApp interaction:
- Call Outcome
- Call Date
- Last Contacted
Failure to log these manually creates gaps in your activity history that affect both pipeline protection and QA audit accuracy.
France
TBD
Germany
In Germany, calls must only take place between 8:00 and 20:00; Sundays and bank holidays are strictly off-limits, and Saturdays are only allowed between 8:00 and 16:00, and only if an active demo request has been submitted.
